IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Guidelines for Donating:

1) No antibiotics or dental work 3 days prior to donation.

2) Tattoos or body piercings must be healed & done is a licensed CA facility.

3) Be at least 17 years of age and weigh at least 110 lbs.

4) Eat a nutritious meal before donating

5) Drive lots of water and/or juice. Avoid coffee, tea and sodas.

6) Bring a PHOTO ID.

Successful donors receive a Regal Premier movie ticket or a $10 Amazon gift card.

**Students can also receive 4 community service hours for donating blood or 2 community service hours for referring someone to donate blood. Simply bring your Community Service Credit form and a photo ID with you to your appointment. A manager will complete & sign it for you. If you are referring someone, have then bring the form with your name and information on it to be signed.

Please note: Credit will not be given for referring another high school student.

The Blood Donor Center is located inside the main entrance of the hospital across from the gift shop and atrium.

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
1st and 3rd Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
